Survival / PvP Map - Cylindrical World

I am looking at making a survival / PvP map with a cylindrical world suspended over the void.
Sections of landscape are rolled up into discs using the Surface_f(x,z) filter and then combined in MCEdit. The result is a log of land with familiar features twisted in unfamiliar ways.
