Convert .vox files to Schematic

Note by T54: .vox files converted using the filter are output in the asset path that the user enters into the filter

Instructions:

1. Export the model from MagicaVoxel as another vox (important - there are two different .vox specifications)

2. Start MCEdit with my filter in the filters directory

3. Run the filter with the location of the directory you exported the vox file(s) to. The filter creates . schematic files in the same directory

4. Import and place the schematics you need
